David Martín de la Monja
Chief Technology Officer at PortAventura World (Spain), one of Europe’s largest holiday-resort operations, a role he has held since 2024. Accountable for technology infrastructure, application development, data and cybersecurity across a business that combines a theme-park group, a conference centre and a hotel portfolio; leads the company’s architecture on SAP, Snowflake and its BI stack. Has spoken on applied AI in operations at industry forums including BNEW (Barcelona, 2026).

Visiting and associate faculty
Visiting sessions are delivered by senior practitioners drawn from technology leadership roles in European hospitality, retail and mobility organisations. Faculty names and biographies for each cohort are published with the syllabus at the start of the intake.
The academic board reviews programme content annually with industry peers.
